WNKU

Media / Broadcast

WNKU was Northern Kentucky University's public radio station, broadcasting from Highland Heights at 89.7 FM from 1985 until its sale in 2017, and over three decades it built a loyal Cincinnati-area following for folk, roots, and Americana, including the weekend bluegrass show Music From the Hills of Home, hosted by Katie Laur and Oakley Scot.
