Twitty City

Venues

Twitty City was a 30-acre home/entertainment complex, and tourist attraction in Hendersonville, Tennessee, opened in 1982 by country star Conway Twitty at a cost of about $3.5 million. The compound let fans tour the grounds and gardens, browse the gift shop, and catch live country shows, while Twitty, his mother, and his children lived in houses on the same property behind a brick wall. After Twitty's death in 1993 the complex closed and was auctioned the following year to the Trinity Broadcasting Network, which renamed it Trinity Music City. Public tours ended in 2016.
