Chris Marino
Chris Marino is a broadcaster and TV producer who, as station manager of WMLB in Cumming, Georgia, turned a small AM talk station into an award-winning Americana station in the 1990s. He then became Americana editor of the trade magazine Gavin in Nashville and was on the founding council of the Americana Music Association. He later produced and directed TV, including Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, for which he won an Emmy, and the documentary Combover: The Movie. In WIB he discusses the Americana format.
